Covers village level community organising work which helps people think creatively, plan strategically and effectively resist military operations through peaceful means. It also prepares thse marginalised communities to be the foundation for the future society of peace and justice. The project aims to change people who feel they have no power, into powerful people.Village organising is not just a project, it is a way of doing things. VO is a way of working which helps people develop the skills courage, wisdom and confidence to particpate fully and effectively in their community and the braoader society.
